60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Pale pink color with a bright reflect. The nose occurs with hint of freshness and flowers, then a followed by a great concentration of raspberry and cherry. The taste is as fresh as in the nose and conducts to slight touch of macaroons.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Can stand on its own as an apéritif, but pairs well with goat cheese, fish, shellfish, and sushi.
