60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Pale pink color with a bright reflect. The nose occurs with hint of freshness and flowers, then a followed by a great concentration of raspberry and cherry. The taste is as fresh as in the nose and conducts to slight touch of macaroons.
Can stand on its own as an apéritif, but pairs well with goat cheese, fish, shellfish, and sushi.
Established in one of the oldest medieval villages in Bordeaux, Château Tassin, this family run estate overlooks the Garonne Valley. The Gonfrier family works close to the vine and maintains traditional methods of vinification, while constantly striving to create a superb product.
